These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to each communication of goods made from our website www.arts-classic.com, by telephone +6281225714555, by email info@arts-classic.com, or at our showrooms or events. We may change or update these Terms from time to time and will publish any changes on this website.
By making an order from us you undertake that all products ordered are for your own use or your company and for you to use according to your needs without deviating from applicable legal regulations.

Product Descriptions
We try to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices that appear  on our website are accurate. However, sometimes mistakes happen and in the event of any errors on our website, we will rectify the error as soon as reasonably possible and inform you of any error relating to any product you have ordered.
If there is an error in the information of any product we will contact you as soon as is reasonably possible and you may either confirm the order is available or cancel the order.
If there is an error in the pricing of any product we will contact you as soon as is reasonably possible and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order.
The colors of products as they appear on your monitor and as they actually appear may be slightly different due to factors such as your monitor display settings and, for photographs, the lighting conditions at the time. Teak is a natural product, and although we try our best to ensure consistency, sometimes the wood may be slightly different in color for the same product and we cannot accept returns for this reason.

Your Order
Before placing your order, please make sure you have entered all information correctly and check the delivery location dimensions to ensure your order will fit and that there is sufficient access to deliver it. All products must be deposited for a minimum of 40% of the total invoice at the time of ordering. When we receive your online, telephone or email order we will send you an email confirming the details of your order.

Art Classic Bespoke
Art Classic Bespoke is a service, which allows you to customize your furniture. Please note we do not hold stock of customized furniture or cushions, so it will take us a minimum of 3 months to produce your bespoke furniture. Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances the lead-time might be longer, in which case we will inform you as soon as we become aware of it.

Cancellation and Returns
If you place an order regular items or using our Art Classic Bespoke service, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of the time the order was made and receive a full refund. After 24 hours and up to 3 days after receipt of deposit order, we will offer a 50 percent deposit refund if you choose to cancel, with the exception of the Personalized service. Deposits are non-refundable. While our furniture is manufactured using the best materials and to the highest standards, faults and defects may occasionally occur. We guarantee to replace defective furniture in your next order. Damage caused by shipping is not covered by our warranty.
